Answer: We manufacture an anodized finished horizontal sliding window.
Question: What are your finishes and color selections?
Answer: Our standard finishes are clear anodized and bronze anodized. Custom painted colors are available.
Question: What are your lead times?
Answer: We can FAST TRACK most window orders and produce them in about 2 weeks.
Larger jobs usually within 4 to 6 weeks.
Question: Do you have standard sizes?
Answer: No. All of our windows are custom made to order for each job.
Question: How quickly are quotes turned around?
Answer: We try to review and price out your quote the same day or within 24 hours of receipt.
Question: What is your payment policy?
Answer: Typically our terms are 50% down with the order with the balance to be paid prior to shipping. Credit terms are available.
